How it began
Since ChatGPT's breakthrough in 2022, Pascal noticed how quickly AI would change work. In 2023, he launched Metalab Academy: not talk, but interactive sessions where participants practice and understand for themselves.
Meanwhile, more than 600 people have been included in that approach, from SMEs to education and governments.
Our focus remains the same: making AI understandable, applicable in day-to-day practice, and moving organisations forward with confidence.

Pascal Deseure has more than 20 years of international experience, having worked with companies such as BYD, Jaguar Land Rover, GE, Microsoft and PWC in Asia and the Middle East.
He was co-founder of two AI companies in China, including Shanghai-based Nuwa, which realised metahuman projects for media, museums and banks.
Today, he puts that experience to use through Metalab Academy as Certified CAICO© EU AI Trainer, to help organisations and entrepreneurs really understand and use AI.
