The comprehensive AI Literacy workshop, where your team will learn how to use AI safely, efficiently, and ethically in their daily work in 3.5 to 4 hours. This AI training is suitable for everyone, whether you have technical experience or not. Those who wish can request a digital certificate of participation after the workshop.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat - Free within Microsoft 365; useful for basic queries and document interaction.
  • Mistral Le Chat Basic compact and fast AI models, ideal as a GDPR-compliant alternative to ChatGPT.

  • Interactive and hands-on, with examples from your sector/department.

What will you learn during the AI literacy course?

During this comprehensive basic workshop, you will discover what generative AI can and cannot do, how to write effective prompts and how to use AI critically and responsibly in your daily work. The emphasis is on practical applications that are directly relevant to your sector or department. You will also learn the basics about privacy, security and legislation, so that you can work with AI safely and efficiently.
The training is interactive and practice-oriented: participants practice with concrete examples and are given documentation to experiment further independently afterwards.

What can you do after completing the AI literacy workshop?

Afterwards, you will have a clear and usable starting point for deploying AI in your organisation. You will understand the possibilities and limitations of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Mistral. You can formulate better prompts, critically assess AI responses and choose the right tool for the right task. As a result, you work smarter, faster and with more confidence.
