How it works
- 1. Intake interview - We map out the needs, processes and objectives together. Which departments are already using AI, and where are the biggest opportunities or risks?
- 2. Phase 1: AI literacy & Awareness - interactive workshops in which employees learn what generative AI is, how to use it safely, and how to avoid pitfalls such as “shadow AI”. Participants will receive a AI literacy certificate.
- 3. Phase 2: Adoption & Train-the-Champion - a 6-week programme of micro-training, AMA sessions and in-depth workshops. Employees apply AI tools directly in their work context, while internal champions are trained to guide usage.
- 4. Phase 3: EU AI Compliance & Policy - Together, we develop a simple but concrete AI policy in line with the European AI Act. We look at licensing, logging, data security and roles within the company.
- 5. Refresh & Community - A refresher session follows six months later to integrate new tools, legislation and best practices. Participants meanwhile stay connected through our weekly AI Insights Newsletter.
